Our Chefs

We are big believers in the farm-to-table movement and a strong supporter of Slow Food St. Louis. Our goal is to become a personal farm for local St. Louis chefs, restaurateurs and bartenders. We love to work one-on-one with chefs to grow specific products for their individual needs and culinary dreams. We’ll sit down with our chefs and create a wish list each winter, begin planning our garden according to what they would like us to grow and make their wish list into a reality. We also love finding rare and unusual seeds and varieties so that we can be able to provide products that aren’t as easy to find or purchase. By growing the best, most delicious vegetables that we can, our customers can create the most desirable and memorable dishes possible. From the five star kitchen to the home chef and from our farm to your face.
